The class is structured to ensure all muscle groups are worked through a series of exercises, these will be performed in repetitions or set times. A fantastic all-over workout, leading to improvements in core strength, stamina and flexibility.|

The music is carefully chosen by the enthusiastic instructor and dictates the activity depending on the speed, time, hills, etc. 45min classes are very popular and very addictive. The instructor will help you set up the bike correctly before you start and caters for all fitness levels.|

|Thursday||Kettlefit * - £4||19.15 - 20.00||Unlike a dumbell or barbell, the kettlebell's centre of mass is offset from the handle. This means the weight constantly pulls against your hand and requires not only strength and co-ordination, but also the use of the other muscles through your arms, shoulders and your core stabilizer muscles. You use around 600 muscles in a workout and exercise your cardiovascular system, too – it's definitely a total body workout.|
