We are a small friendly swimming club based at the local pool in Aberaeron.

Would you like to be a part of a new swimming Club? Warm and friendly coaching qualified staff, with structured sessions to improve technique and fitness. Suitable for children 8-16 years old. We've just had Competition Lane Ropes and diving blocks.

Come and join us at ADASC! There are many benefits to joining but here are a few reasons...

• development of aerobic capacity
• attend swim meets and enter races
• great for building social skills and HAVE LOTS OF FUN!!

We welcome applications for membership from age 7 years to 18*. Senior Swimmer application, age of 11-13 years onwards will be assessed on an individual basis. You are welcome to visit and watch one of the training sessions and then if you wish to find out more you are welcome to speak to the Coach present at the end of the session.
